Peer Assisted Learning (PAL)

Peer Assisted Learning (PAL)

We are delighted to announce that KYAMC has started a Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) program - a first in Bangladesh - for students, by students and done with the help of students to boost medical education, promote leadership qualities and increase academic confidence.
PAL (pronounced as "pal", same as the word meaning "friend" in English or “bondhu” in Bangla) has been founded by our Final Year medical student and Rajshahi University topper Aamir Amin as an inclusive support system to help and guide budding medical doctors at KYAMC and other institutions not only to enhance their at-home learning experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, but also to facilitate and augment medical education after colleges finally resume.
A group of Peer Mentors (PMs) have been selected from KYA-16 to KYA-13 batch, with yearly additions intended from each new batch.

"Excellent ideas.Very innovative and effective way for Self development as well as development of their friends through sharing their medical updated knowledge .

I am praying for your bright future through this "Pal "method.Best wishes for you all."
