Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College offers 5 years MBBS course as approved by BM&DC leading to MBBS Professional Degree of the Rajshahi Medical University. The college has been accorded permission by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and affiliated with the Rajshahi Medical University(RMU) for MBBS and with Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) for M Phil (Radiotherapy), MD (Oncology), MD Cardiology, MS General Surgery, MD Transfusion  Medicine and Diploma in Blood Serology and Transfusion  Medicine.
