Dr. Kapil Dev Sarker is a Lecturer in the Department of Pharmacology & Therapeutics at Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College, Bangladesh. He completed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in 2009 under the Dinajpur Board and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in 2011 under the Dhaka Board from Notre Dame College. He obtained his MBBS degree in 2019 from Rajshahi University, graduating from Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College.
Following graduation, Dr. Sarker served as a Medical Officer in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College & Hospital from 2020 to 2022. Since 2022, he has been working as a Lecturer in Pharmacology & Therapeutics, actively involved in undergraduate medical education and academic activities.
His academic interests include pursuing excellence in medical sciences with a long-term goal of becoming an efficient and renowned Pathologist. He has participated in various professional development programs, including CME, CMU, and training in ultrasonography. Dr. Sarker has three scientific publications and maintains active professional associations with fellow medical practitioners.
Beyond academics, his personal interests include painting, writing, photography, football, banknote collection, and travelling. He is currently working at Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College, contributing to medical education and professional development
Dr. Kapil Dev Sarker is a lecturer in the department of Pharmacology & Therapeutics at Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College. He has 3 years of professional experience in academic teaching and student development . His responsibilities include regular small group teaching sessions, providing practical and skill based training and effective student evaluation. In addition,he is involved in research activities and scholarly publications.
He is also involved in extracurricular activities , including serving as committee member of Scientific Committee, KYAMC.
